PLACEMENT OF ORDER
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Apair therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you once we have shipped the goods you have ordered.
When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt of receipt of your order.
Please note that the automatic response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into.
PAYMENT
Apair accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Bambora (epay) reserves the amount in your account. The money will only be withdrawn from your account to us when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK & EUR and include VAT.
Apair uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

When you visit our website, information about you is collected, which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the advertisements displayed on the site. PERSONAL DATA POLICY
Generally
Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example, when accessing content in general, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user, otherwise use services or make purchases via the website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, email, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or when making a purchase.
Secure and encrypted online payment
All payments by credit card are made via a secure SSL connection, which ensures that your payment information is not available to 3rd parties. Payment is made through a secure encrypted method in the webshop system, as well as a secure payment gateway. A payment gateway works like a physical Dankort terminal, this is managed by bambora/epay, which complies with PCI DSS certification - A certification that defines requirements for storage, transfer and handling of credit card data.
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or made available to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the advertisements that are most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. We also use the information to optimize our services and content.
Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted, but it is important to us that we respect the rights we have and therefore do not keep the information longer than permitted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on “Cookies” above. The information is used for targeting advertising.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These parties only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal information such as name and email, etc. will only occur if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent to the processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that customs duties may occur in the country in question outside the EU & Norway. Apair is not responsible for customs duties outside Denmark. It is therefore the customer's own responsibility to investigate customs regulations in the country in question where they want the goods delivered.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS APAIR
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full and free right of return on items purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return from Denmark
If you wish to return your item, simply use the return label that was included with your order upon delivery. Please also fill out the attached form so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
If you want a refund, we will credit it upon receipt of the shoes. From here it may take 1-3 banking days before you see it in your account, depending on your bank.
Do you want to exchange for a different size?
You simply send the wrong size back to us with your return label and order the correct size on our website, so we ensure that the correct size is in stock.
Returns outside Denmark
If you wish to return your item outside of Denmark, please send the package to:

Please include a note in the package with either your name or order. The package must be returned within 30 days (from the date of delivery) to the following address:

Please include a note with either your name or order number so that we can process the return quickly. We recommend that you send the package with tracking so that you can also follow whether it has been delivered to us. The packaging and condition of the item must be as it was upon receipt. You are welcome to use a different bag for shipping if the one the package came in is broken.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
Apair will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
